Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith serves as the Director of Training for ChuckTown Homes Real Estate, where they play a key role in Designing and implementing the basic foundation training, as well as continual training for new real estate agents.  She makes sure that our training manuel regularly is updated when our systems or processes change.  She also creates and updates all Zillow accounts for agents in all markets. She is an Assistant Team Leader in the Charleston office as well as stays in production helping clients buy or sell!

With a strong background in real estate and teaching, she brings knowledge of learning development and motivation to the team.

Drawing from her past experiences as a teacher and as an AAU volleyball club owner and coach to promote collaboration and give agent support in her work. Her leadership and dedication help create an environment where agents can learn and grow with confidence to be successful.
